The HEDRA Terms and Conditions contained herein on this webpage, shall govern your use of this website and any associated pages or sites used for confernces and related activities, including all pages within this website (collectively referred to herein below as this “Website”). These Terms apply in full force and effect to your use of this Website and by using this Website, you expressly accept all terms and conditions contained herein in full. You must not use this Website, if you have any objection to any of these Website Standard Terms and Conditions.

Payment. Major Credit/Debit Cards, and PayPal are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full before commencement of services, unless agreed in prior cases in writing with the Company. All texts, videos, audio and other goods remain the property of the Company once submitted. This Website and HEDRA do not issue refunds.

Confidentiality. Any interactions you may have with this Website are confidential and you must maintain confidentiality of such information. In these Website Terms and Conditions, “Your Content” shall mean your uploaded text, your live audio and video and any text, images or other material you choose to upload while interacting with HEDRA. With respect to Your Content, by uploading or displaying it, you grant HEDRA an exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and use it for research, in any and all media.

Information concerning the Website user and their respective records will not be passed to third parties. Log Files. HEDRA uses IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user’s movements, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.

No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway.

Refunds. HEDRA does not offer refunds, once payment has been made.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

Variation of Terms. HEDRA is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of this Website.

Assignment. HEDRA shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on this Website, constitute the entire agreement between and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Bulgaria for the resolution of any disputes.

Force Majeure. Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen.

Waiver. Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any Agreement or the failure of either Party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he or they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any Agreement. No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any Agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both Parties.
